Re: [lamps] I-D Action: draft-ietf-lamps-rfc5990bis-05.txt

The authors received an off-list comment asking to SMimeCapsSet to be added to the ASN.1 Module.  This does so.

The authors are unaware of any open issues.  We believe it is ready for WG Last Call.
