One more comment:

	This section specifies the conventions employed by CMS
	implementations that employ either the KMAC128-KDF or the
KMAC512-KDF
	functions defined in Section 4.4 of [NIST.SP.800-108r1-upd1].

NIST.SP.800-108r1-upd1 doesn't use the names KMAC128-KDF or KMAC256-KDF, but
that sentence implies that it does. Perhaps instead:

	This section specifies the conventions employed by CMS
	implementations that employ either the KMAC128 or KMAC512 KDF
	functions defined in Section 4.4 of [NIST.SP.800-108r1-upd1].
