Hi LAMPS,

-15 is a change from Dan van Geest to add the Public Key ASN.1 definitions
that extend RFC5912. (although now we might need to add RFC5912 as a
reference, which I think we missed in -15).

-16 addresses the outstanding edits (overlong lines, etc)
