WG,
We have posted the revision 16 of the draft addressing DISCUSS and COMMENTS
from IESG review. Additionally, we found the following while reviewing the
changes:

   - Decapsulation action on Leaf/Bude nodes as described in SRv6
pseudo-code in Section 2.2.1 did not conform to other service SIDs, like
End.DT46 for exampel, with respect to processing any extension headers
prior to processing the Upper Layer header of payload. We have corrected
this by changing the pseudo-code related to Upper Layer header processing.
   - The SRv6 example illustration in Appendix A.2 did not describe the two
options at Root of P2MP service to encapsulate a payload and replicate it
to a remote Downstream node on an explicit path. This has been fixed.

Please review and comment,
-Rishabh
