Body: ITU-T Study Group 11 would like to inform Broadband Forum, IETF spring WG and IETF 6man WG about the progress of Supplement ITU-T Q.Suppl.79 (ex Q.sup.sdwan-srv6) "Implementation of Software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) service based on Segment Routing IPv6 (SRv6)", which was agreed at the ITU-T SG11 meeting, Geneva, 17-26 November 2025.

This Supplement provides an implementation of SD-WAN service based on SRv6 and gives concrete message parameters needed to carry out a SD-WAN service.

ITU-T Study Group 11 looks forward to keeping continued collaboration and exchanging information with Broadband Forum, IETF spring WG and IETF 6man WG on this topic.
