** To the Responsible AD/WG Chairs: The SPRING charter says “The SPRING WG will
manage its specific work items by milestones agreed with the responsible Area
Director.”  There is no milestone for this document (or the 12 other documents
that are adopted in the WG).  I am assuming there was some kind of agreement
since this document advanced to the telechat. Please either adjust the
milestones or recharter the WG to remove this explicit step coordinate with the
AD (or some other approach consistent with the approved charter).
