This is an update based on the various DISCUSS and comments received during IESG review.

Following (hopefully) have been addressed:

1. more appropriate use of “SHOULD and “MUST” terminology.
2. clarification on dataplanes
3. Manageability section update
4. Security Section
5. Removed comparison between SR and RSVP-TE
