Dear Authors (cc: stir), Before the IETF meeting, we check working group agendas for documents with IANA-related issues. We have notes about this document: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-stir-certificates-ocsp-14 Section 6.1: Is this section providing the text we’re meant to list in the “Description” field? In the SMI Security for PKIX Module Identifier registry, descriptions typically begin with “id-mod-” (aside from a few early registrations that use “id-pkix1-”), while all the registrations in the SMI Security for PKIX Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) registry begin with “id-pkix-ocsp-”. I don’t know whether a particular naming pattern is required, but the section appears to be describing what it’s registering rather than providing text that should appear in the registry. See draft-wendt-stir-cert-tn-attr-ext-00, Section 9.1 for an example of what we’re looking for. If you have any questions, just let us know.
