Re: [Stox] I-D Action: draft-ietf-stox-presence-01.txt

This version addresses *most* of the feedback received. There's still an
open issue about empty SIP NOTIFY messages, but once Saúl replies in
that thread we can figure out what's correct.

Further feedback is of course welcome. :-)
