My apologies for the spec churn. I spotted that there was an IANA comment that had not been addressed so I corrected it.

Here is the diff from v34.

As you can see, the diff is minimal and addresses 2 issues:


  1.
suit-send-record-success/failure => suit-send-record-on-success/failure in full CDDL to match the draft text.
  2.
IANA tag allocation text SUIT_Envelope => map with semantics of SUIT_Envelope / SUIT_Manifest => map with semantics of SUIT_Manifest.

Abstract:

   This specification describes the format of a manifest.  A manifest is
   a bundle of metadata about code/data obtained by a recipient (chiefly
   the firmware for an Internet of Things (IoT) device), where to find
   the code/data, the devices to which it applies, and cryptographic
   information protecting the manifest.  Software updates and Trusted
   Invocation both tend to use sequences of common operations, so the
   manifest encodes those sequences of operations, rather than declaring
   the metadata.
