We have modified our draft on turning off IPv4 using DHCPv6 following 
the comments received at last IETF:

- Added a new section describing the problems we're trying to fix.
- Created a new "softer" v4-level value advertising the absence of IPv4 
on the WAN with zero impact on the LAN, as asked by WG participants.
