That's CoRAL: a bit more than Link Format (namespaces, forms), a bit
less than RDF, packaged in a tiny CBOR format that can be easily
consumed on constrained devices.

(CBOR examples are just not very pleasant to look at. That's why there
is also a human-readable and -writable text format.)
