You all have probably noticed that the [preliminary 
schedule](https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/105/agenda.html#2019-07-22-080000) 
for IETF-105 has been posted.  I note that TAPS conflicts with ANRW, Sec 
Dispatch, and the Media Operations BoF.  Does this create any hard 
conflicts (particularly among implementors, authors, or editors)?
