In order to publish the larger-initial-window I-D as an Experimental RFC, the IESG has asked that we also publish draft-ietf-tcpimpl-poduri-01.txt and draft-shepard-tcp-4-packets-3-buff-02.txt as Informational RFCs, to serve as supporting documentation. Their authors have revised them to incorporate the feedback from earlier tcpimpl discussions. Mark & I would now like to have a Last Call for any final comments, prior to submitting these two to the RFC editor for publication as Informational.
