It has been pointed out that your WG chairs neglected to announce the conclusion of Working Group Last Call (WGLC) on the tcpeno and tcypcrypt drafts:
	https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tcpinc-tcpeno
	https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tcpinc-tcpcrypt

Allow me to remedy that - the WGLCs on these two drafts is now concluded and has been successful. Both drafts have been revised, and the WG chairs believe that the revised versions address all WGLC comments. We will be making final checks on these drafts, producing shepherd write-ups and submitting the RFC publication requests in the next week or so.

Many thanks to the authors and everyone who reviewed and commented on the drafts,
--David (for David & Kyle, tcpinc WG chairs)
