Hi folks!

We'd like to start a WGLC on forwarding the F-RTO i-d to the IESG for
publication as an experimental RFC. The i-d has been updated based on
the recent dicsussion on this list. The i-d filename has also been
changed to reflect that it is a TCPM work item and is now:

    draft-ietf-tcpm-frto-00.txt

(And, remember that this is really probably the 7th or 8th rev of this
draft, since it started life in the tsvwg working group.)

Because there is a long holiday weekend (in the US at least) soon we'll
give this 3 weeks rather than the standard 2 weeks. So, the last call
will be over on Tuesday June 8.

Please send comments to the list.

Thanks!

allman
