Hi,

We have just submitted a new version (-06) of the CWV draft:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-tcpm-newcwv-06.txt

This draft does not internationally change the mechanisms, but it is a
significant editorial update (largely based on marks various comments)
that is intended to make this much more readable and give clearer
motivation. (We also tentatively changed the document status - as
instructed by the WG Chairs.)

Diff from previous version:
http://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-ietf-tcpm-newcwv-06

We'd really welcome reviews of this new version.
