DT,

I talked to Adrian about 6 weeks ago, reason ws that I see a disconnect
betsween chap 2 and the rest of the document. Chap creates a "reference
architecture", but it is not much (explicitly) used in the rest of the
document.

Adrian and I agree that chap 2 is one of the most important parts of
3272, but a bit wordy.

I will start today doing a first spin on chap2, mostly cleaning up the
text, and when that is look at the model as such.
