Folks,

In 3272 we have a paragraph that says:

The schemes described in the short time scale (e.g., RED and its 
variations, ECN, LQD, and RND)

RED is Random Early Detection
ECN is Explicit Congestion Notificastion

I've been searching for LQD and RND, but can't find anything,
someone thjat know?
