-       Revision -09 published on July 7th (text updated to implement already agreed resolutions)
o       Restructured appendices A and B
o       Updated text on L3-TE Topology
o       Added description for the configuration of the minimum number of active member links required to consider the LAG link as being up
o       Added text describing the support for DWDM networks with mixed fixed and flexible grids
o       Added text describing the gap on reporting muxponder's constraints
o       Added security considerations

Next Steps:
-       Provide text to address all the pending open issues: just need to provide text to implement already agreed resolutions
