Attendees: Igor, Xufeng, Carlo, Dieter, Young, Italo

- Discussed the reviews comments from Lou
  > Reviewed the prepared draft updates.

- Discussed two issues from CCAMP Transport NBI Design Team
  > plug-id needs to support more than 32bit, better to be flexible
o Agreed to use binary type

  > plug-id is currently on a TE link. For a unidirectional access
link between two domains, destination side does not have the
    plug-id information.
o Agree to fix this issue by moving the plug-id from link to
      link-termination-point.

Thanks,

- Xufeng
