Hi TEAS WG,

We have just uploaded a new version of the draft where we have:
- removed the open issue related to the reporting of the implemented profiles since out of scope (as discussed in IETF 124 and IETF 125);
- cleaned up the description of the inter-domain link discovery
- fixed few nits

The authors think that the draft is now ready for WG LC
