 I support this draft.

 I disagree with Greg (which doesn't often happen) in that I don't see this as adding that much complexity;
 all that is needed is to associate the desired characteristics with a specific label.
 I agree that sending 1588 over the GACh DCN would be an alternative mechanism that was not discussed in TICTOC;
 I am far from sure that this would be a better solution that the proposed one.
 In particular, by the time an intermediate LSR discovers that this is a 1588 packet,
 it would probably be too late to timestamp it for TC.
