This looks fine to me except for a couple of nits:

The revised document contains 2 instances of "http:" which should both be "https:".

In section 8 "Application to non-IETF Stream Documents", clause h "Editorial Stream", there is a reference to the RFC Series Editor, but section 9.2 of RFC9920 _abolished_ the role of RFC Series Editor. I think the simplest fix is to cite the RFC Production Center instead.
