Thanks for that. Having chatted with Russ also, it seems like
I ought change the tinfoil repo from describing draft-green as
a current proposal to one of our long list of failed proposals.
If that's right, that's good IMO.

I guess I'll leave a watch-this-space marker in "current proposals"
for the next one;-(
