The meeting in Philly earlier today supported starting WG 
work on a new version of DTLS, with the following scope:

- Update to match TLS 1.2 
- Clarify confusing points in the spec
- No other changes

As usual, the WG consensus needs to be confirmed on the mailing 
list. Please mail me and Eric (or the whole list) if you object 
to starting this work in TLS WG.
