The draft, having been adopted, is now part of the TLSWG github repository at [1]

Once the posting freeze is over I’ll post a version. The only real change from the call-for-adoption one is that it now says
                Bluntly, post-quantum cryptography for
TLS 1.2 WILL NOT be supported

I don’t think there’s anything to present at 119, happy to take questions should there be any.
