Hi, I'm not sure whose code this is, but there's an issue with the way the third author has been extracted from the draft in the announcement below. In the draft itself, due to some error in the XML, that author is listed by first name only: Qiong China Telecom No.118, Xizhimennei Street Beijing 100035 P. R. China Email: sunqiong@ctbri.com.cn The same issue occurred in the "Confirm submission" message but not in the "New Version" message.
