The laptop on the chairs desk displaying Meetecho in the room is just a
stripped down viewer/subscriber, and as such is exactly as all other
attendees in the room. It doesn't have control over slide advancing,
it's just consuming those changes and displaying them.

The clicker must be connected to the laptop that's running the Meetecho
session acting as presenter. The fact the window must have focus is not
unlike what happens with regular applications too: since they emulate
clicks, the application must be in focus to receive them.
