Since I think Robert asked for such things to go here: The www.ietf.org/rfcdiff service has handy links at the top to go to the left- or right-side drafts (when not using direct upload). For the case of drafts provided by draft name, these links go to https://tools.ietf.org/html/<draftname>; they don't necessarily need to. -Ben
