Hi,

Here are brief minutes from today's call:

------------------------------------------------------------------------

0. Present: Alex, Bill, Henrik

1. Agenda bashing and comments on previous minutes

	Nothing

2. Nomcom support

	Henrik went over the status of this year's nomcom
	pages and the added features, mainly the handling
	of in-memory comment decryption if the nomcom member
	provides a decryption key.

3. Status review

   * Notification engine
	- Henrik - No progress

   * Dashboard
	- Henrik - No progress

   * Issue trackers, Wiki
	- Henrik - Almost ready for release

   * Review team support tool
	- Tero - little progress

   * Draft info draft
	- Alex - waiting for reviews

4. Any other business

     - Brief report of draft submission tool implementation
     - Last call tool ideas
	There's been a desire to track comments related to
	last calls. The IESG sends out a last call, and
	people send in comments to the ietf@ietf.org list.

	Sifting through the comments has been hard as the
	draft name hasn't been part of the subject line,
	so hard to find all messages relevant to a draft's
	last call.

	Potential problems: People not always keeping the
	draft name in the subject line, and bundled groups
	of drafts.

	Next step will be to build a tool which uses this:-)

5. Next meeting:

  Teleconference Wednesday January 10th, 17:00 GMT (same local time
  as today).
