I think the existing document has merit. Ryan seems to think it does not.  Shrug.  That's why you chairs get paid the big bucks.

I DO NOT think it is worth spending more time and effort on this thing.  It represented WG consensus except for one point, and now this is very late major set of requested changes.  Publish it or don't.
