I didn't make Adelaide, so had completely lost sight of the TSVWG discussions about "TCP Quickstart" (Phil Karn) and "ICMP Encourage" (Gab Montenegro), which took up most of the time slot, according to http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/working-groups/tsvwg/current/msg00034.html.

There's a LOT of good input there for TRIGTRANish folk - please take a look.
