Hi,

In this version, the behaviors of the border RBridges on processing multicast traffic are explained with an example.
A new section is added to specify how a border RBridge would act if it is connected to multiple areas.
During the last f2f meeting, there was a confusion on how to transition a multicast packet from Level 2 to a Level 1 RBridge which is connected to the non-DBRB only. The clarification is now included.

Thanks,
Mingui

> Abstract:
> A major issue in multilevel TRILL is how to manage RBridge nicknames.
> In this document, the area border RBridge uses a single nickname in
> both Level 1 and Level 2. RBridges in Level 2 must obtain unique
> nicknames but RBridges in different Level 1 areas may have the same
