This addresses all comments of reviews that came in during the Last Call
(Genart, Artart, Tsvart, and IANA expert reviews).

Apart from nits there was a larger change around SVCB records in Section
3.2: The representation and wire format for the value of the SvcParam
"docpath" now aligns with the one for the "alpn" SvcParam (except that
excepts also 0 elements for the root path). We also added wording that
the DoC draft _is not_ the SVCB mapping document for CoAP (that will be
draft-core-transport-indication in the future) and stated clearer how
the ADN should be handled for the Uri-Host. You can find a detailed
listing of changes in
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-core-dns-over-coap-16.html#appendix-B.1.

Martine
