To further prepare for the interim meeting later this week, this is a 
check to see if we are close to being able to close issue #19 on L4S in 
the tracker: https://trac.ietf.org/trac/tsvwg/ticket/19

 From what I can tell, the agreed updates in the next copy of the draft 
that comes out should be sufficient to close this, so we are basically 
just going to wait for that update to verify the changes, and do not 
need meeting time to discuss this one.

Please correct if I've misunderstood the positions on this.
