Hello, everyone. We have recently submitted a paper to HOTNET on delay-based congestion control algorithms. We present a case for delay based congestion control algorithms in the absence of explicit congestion feedback. Even though the advantages of delay based algorithms are small in low-speed networks, they are decisive in high-speed networks.
