     Dependency from BEHAVE WG
     A revised document is needed to assess possible WG adoption.

   draft-tuexen-sctp-udp-encap
     WG needs to comment on various approaches for encaps.
     TSVWG supports work on this topic, although no decision
     has been made on whether this particular draft will be adopted.
