The following milestones have been added to the TSVWG charter:

   Mar 00	Submit I-D on TCP Congestion Window Validation to IESG for
		consideration as a Proposed Standard

   Mar 00       Submit I-D on Computing TCP's Retransmission Timer to IESG
                for consideration as a Proposed Standard.

These are based on draft-handley-tcp-cwv-00.txt and
draft-paxson-tcp-rto-00.txt, respectively.  We'd like to open
discussions on these as well as the other I-Ds, so we can have
a productive meeting in DC.
