Begging your pardon, but I thought TUBA stood for "TCP and UDP with
Bigger Addresses".  "TCP/UDP Over CLNP-Addressed Networks" is clearly
wrong, as there's no such thing as "CLNP-Addressed Networks" -- CLNP
is a protocol, not an addressing scheme.  I believe that the name
of the WG should be defined by the rough consensus of its members.
As far as I can tell "TCP and UDP with Bigger Addresses" is the
consensus.
