Hi,

I've reviewed the latest version of the document and I've identified a few
review comments and suggestions - some very minor, and some slightly more
substantial. Rather than list out my comments here, I've added them as
"Issues" on the GitHub repo (my username is blue-ringed-octopus-guy).

Overall I think the document is comprehensive and it reads well. This is an
extremely impressive piece of work that has been produced, and I look
forward to seeing it mature and hopefully be widely adopted. Well done to
everyone who has been involved in creating and refining it!
