Marshall sent 4 updated documents to be published as Internet Drafts.
I just did an "ls *snmpsec*" in the internet-drafts directory at
both nnsc.nsf.net and cnri.reston.va.us, and found:

  draft-ietf-snmpsec-adminv2-01.txt
  draft-ietf-snmpsec-mibv2-00.txt
  draft-ietf-snmpsec-partyv2-01.txt
  draft-ietf-snmpsec-protov2-00.txt
  draft-ietf-snmpsec-secv2-01.txt
  draft-ietf-snmpsec-tmv2-00.txt

So, at first glance, only three of them got updated to "-01" versions.
However, I retrieved the protov2-00.txt and I'm pretty sure it is
the updated version, even though its name didn't change.
