The human readable Claim Names in the openid uri specification are "language tags added to member names, delimited by a # character" [1] And language tags conforming to BCP47 require each of the subtags appears in the IANA Language Subtag Registry. [2] And that IANA registry is obsolete [3] So with the above in mind I think sections 3.2.2.7, 5.5.2, 6.2.1, and 15.5.3 of your specification will not be valid [4] [5] [6] [7] *Note to Graham, how is this ok as a provisional??
