Dear Internet Drafts Editor:

Can you make sure that before the "draft-ietf-uri-yaurn-00.txt" appears
that it have the author names at the top of the document, and that the
title be changed to "Scheme/Authority/Element Uniform Resource Names
(URNs)" instead of "Uniform Resource Names".

I want to make sure as we move forward with multiple URN proposals
that we have clear and neutral terms to talk about them and contrast
them.

Thanks,

Larry
