[urn] Request for Expert Review: Formal URN Namespace Registration 'aibn'

Dear URN Namespace Review Team,

I would like to submit the registration template for the proposed formal URN namespace identifier aibn (AI Bibliographic Name), in accordance with Section 6.2 of RFC 8141.

The proposed namespace provides persistent, work-level identifiers for creative works produced wholly or partly with generative AI assistance. It is designed to complement existing systems such as ISBN and DOI, with an emphasis on open assignment, persistent identification, and optional AI-provenance metadata.

I would welcome the review team's feedback on the proposed syntax, assignment model, governance arrangements, and resolution mechanism.
