I support Ketan's DISCUSS. Minor corrections follow:

Typo in Section 17.4.4: s/digitialSignature/digitalSignature/

Grammar in Section 22: s/need to careful/needs to carefully/

Also, the very last sentence in Section 22 needs re-worded, but I'm not
entirely sure how as I'm not following the second half after the comma ("at
certificate-based authentication quantum resistant").
