  As I said, that comment was just one data point; there are a lot of 
proposals and alternatives and I'm sure we are all swamped.  I am 
willing to try to collate all the docs floating around the topic into a 
comprehensive (eventually) annotated bibliography for this group to 
consider.  This should help authors find each other, avoid duplication 
and cite related work.

I am accepting any and all suggestions and pointers.  Please reply on 
this thread, either just directly to me, or to the 
v4tov6transition@ietf.org if it might be of interest to all.

Internet-Drafts, RFCs, other publications and websites on topics of 
interest:
transition problem statements
network operator experience, implementation reports
experiments, trials and prototypes
vendor/operator white papers, how-to, FAQs
coexistence and transition tools
and anything that you think is relevant
