It was requested that I review rfc1150bis-01 for operational considerations. 

I believe that the conclusion of the FYI document series has no implications for operations generally.

In the context of IETF OPS area procedures, a future document superseding an existing FYI document example rfc 2901 might be identified as a BCP or variously by it's other standards or non-standards  (informational) track status.
