and CPEs. (Which meant switching to Google DNS for the Linux clients in
that network.) Feedback's useless, it doesn't get forwarded to the right
places within the ISP and/or the ISP doesn't care and/or the CPE vendor
doesn't put out a fix.

The broken (not misconfigured) load balancers were dropped from their
recursors by another ISP when I mentioned it to them. That's on the
network level and somehow easier to solve.
