>From what I got in the presentation, and also what has been discussed also in 6man, I think it is clear that the fact that there is so much people arguing about this, demonstrates that there is a misunderstanding with terminology and we better fix it, so people is not messing around in each different document with a different understanding.

I’ve seen other WGs that have, as part of the charter or one of the initial documents, a specific one for that.

So, I still believe we need this.

I will work on a new version, and will be nice if somebody want to co-author it. May be tackle it from a different angle will help.
